Senior Marketing Manager – Fixed Term (until Nov 2026)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead high‑impact, end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that drive sustainable brand growth for Coca‑Cola Mexico. This fixed‑term position (until November 2026) requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end marketing projects, coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
• Develop and launch Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns and brand innovation projects.
• Conduct business and performance analysis to identify growth drivers and generate actionable recommendations.
• Apply financial acumen (NSR, OI, margins) to support growth recommendations and improve core brand metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles, preferably within Coca‑Cola or other CPG companies.
• Proven track record developing and executing marketing activation plans and consumer programs.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
