Coordinator, Games Launch Operations

About the role

Netflix is seeking a detail‑oriented Coordinator to join the Product Merchandising NCX Operations team. The role supports the end‑to‑end launch of games and other content by managing creative asset workflows and ensuring readiness across multiple internal verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork fulfillment and quality‑control workflows across internal teams and external vendors.
• Track multiple project timelines, flag potential delays, and communicate risks to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Maintain and update dashboards and task‑management queues to keep asset pipelines on schedule.
• Manage asset repositories, granting vendors appropriate access to Netflix tools.
• Resolve escalated issues related to QC, artwork production, delivery, and vendor task management.
• Become proficient in Netflix’s tooling ecosystem to ingest, track, approve/reject, and troubleshoot assets.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation to support scalable operations.
