Software Engineer – Frontend

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Media & Entertainment team in Guadalajara. The role focuses on building intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces using React.js, while collaborating with backend engineers to integrate APIs. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and senior engineers to deliver high‑quality features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive UI components with React.js and Material UI.
• Consume and integrate REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, and accessible code following best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing and high quality releases.
• Implement frontend monitoring, logging, and error‑tracking tools.
• Apply security best practices such as XSS and CSRF prevention.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and scalable UI designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Basic understanding of relational and non‑relational databases for API debugging.
