Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving real problems with clean, scalable, and reliable code. The role offers ownership of meaningful product areas, collaboration with senior engineers, and the chance to work in a modern, remote‑first environment within Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product partners to design and plan features.
• Develop services, APIs, UI components, and data integrations using modern engineering practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Write automated tests and ensure work meets acceptance criteria and reliability standards.
• Add logging, metrics, and monitoring to maintain system health.
• Participate in fast, automated CI/CD build and release processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and occasional on‑call rotations with guidance.
• Engage in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong backend or full‑stack development experience using .NET frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑native development, automated testing, and observability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Mindset of ownership, continuous learning, and alignment with core values.
