SQL Developer – Data Reporting Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our partner’s team in Mexico. In this client‑facing position you will design, implement, and support data‑driven reporting solutions across multiple environments, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients and managers to gather reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into robust SQL‑based solutions and reporting configurations.
• Connect remotely to client environments to install, configure, and maintain reporting software.
• Investigate existing systems to identify relevant data sources and extract, analyze, and interpret data.
• Review and enhance database structures, relationships, and data flows for implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain SQL objects such as views, stored procedures, functions, and tables.
• Apply database fixes, updates, and performance improvements in SQL Server environments.
• Troubleshoot database, connectivity, and networking issues, collaborating with Windows Server teams when needed.
• Deliver training sessions and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and advanced SQL querying.
• Practical problem‑solving approach and ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience creating and managing SQL views, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects.
