About the role
Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager for EFA Management to lead contract administration, negotiation, and termination within the Sales Pricing & Contract Management team. You will ensure contracts align with company policies, legal requirements, and customer needs while guiding junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and non‑standard contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, legal standards, and customer specifications.
- Prepare proposals, conduct contract negotiations, and maintain ongoing customer contact.
- Review estimates for materials, equipment, services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy.
- Prepare bids, process specifications, generate progress reports, and analyze data to maintain historical records.
- Apply Sales Pricing and Contract Management principles in the EFA Management discipline and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate within the Sales and Sales Support job family to achieve company objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills (conversational).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Sales or Sales Support function, focusing on product access across multiple channels and customer satisfaction.
