Stockist – Los Cabos Boutique

About the role

The Stockist will ensure that all merchandise arriving at the Chanel boutique in Los Cabos is received, verified, stored, and made ready for sale in accordance with Chanel standards. This position supports the Boutique Manager by maintaining accurate inventory records, handling transfers, and contributing to a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, price‑check and store all deliveries, ensuring documentation matches merchandise.
• Maintain the computerized inventory system, conduct daily counts and bi‑annual inventories.
• Organise stock transfers, returns and liaise with Head Office and other boutiques.
• Keep stock areas clean, organised, and securely tagged.
• Provide prompt assistance to colleagues and, when needed, support the sales floor following Chanel customer‑service standards.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and adhere to Chanel’s dress code and conduct guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and follow health, safety, and security procedures.
