Strategy Senior Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to join its Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization in Mexico City. In this high‑impact position you will act as an internal consultant, partnering with senior business leaders to solve complex challenges, improve performance, and drive transformation initiatives across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
• Lead diagnostic assessments, deep‑dive analyses, and quantitative/qualitative studies to evaluate operational and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive transformation projects focused on process optimization, cost efficiency, productivity improvement, and operating‑model redesign.
• Structure and solve complex problems using data‑driven methodologies and fact‑based decision making.
• Manage cross‑functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and value realization.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions to align teams around priorities.
• Prepare business cases, executive presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong consulting background with experience delivering strategic projects across multiple business functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in business transformation, operational effectiveness, or process optimization.
