Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planner to manage inventory for assigned commodities, coordinate purchase orders with vendors, and ensure on‑time delivery across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Own all inventory for the assigned commodity and take corrective actions as needed.
• Place and monitor purchase orders for all vendors.
• Regularly check in with vendors to confirm timely deliveries.
• Report and improve Supplier On‑Time Delivery performance on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with Procurement and vendors on improvement initiatives.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies reported by Finance.
• Notify the Traffic team of vendor pickups and follow up on execution.
• Support quality team during DMRs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date master data for purchased parts.
• Escalate critical issues with Procurement and assist the Supply Chain leader in KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supply planning role.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
