Systems Engineer – Active Directory & Cloud Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud identity platforms (Azure/AWS). The successful candidate will own the enterprise identity infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless integration with cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Perform user, group, GPO, and OU administration.
• Administer DNS, DHCP and troubleshoot replication issues.
• Conduct AD health checks, performance tuning, and patch management.
• Implement and maintain hybrid identity solutions (AD Connect, SSO, ADFS).
• Operate Azure and AWS environments, integrating identity services.
• Monitor infrastructure with Azure Monitor, CloudWatch and enforce security best practices (RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access).
• Handle incident management, root‑cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Collaborate with network, security and DevOps teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 support shifts if required.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
