About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will source, engage, and assess candidates while ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings and maintain ongoing communication with candidates.
- Manage recruitment documentation, candidate data, and interview scheduling.
- Support structured interview processes and competency‑based assessments.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Track hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill and pipeline status.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Generate recruitment and interview reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
