Talent Partner – Recruiter for High‑Volume Operations & Retail

About the role

Flix is expanding its presence in Mexico and is looking for a Talent Partner to join the LATAM Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for business departments, focusing on high‑volume hiring for operations, shops, and retail staff. The position is based in Mexico City and follows a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for operational and retail roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient and smooth hiring processes.
• Drive the offer process, delivering a world‑class candidate experience aligned with Flix values.
• Promote Flix’s employer brand and culture throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain high data quality in recruitment tools such as Greenhouse.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruiting.
• Proven track record in high‑volume hiring for operational, retail, or customer‑service roles.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented work style.
• Fluent Spanish and good command of English.

Required skills

• Experience using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
