Talent Recruiter – Cloud Technology Hiring

About the role

Cayetlent is looking for a Talent Recruiter to join its fast‑growing Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for AWS‑focused project managers, engineers, architects, and developers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while driving hiring efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and align on team needs.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to refine search strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through interview stages and handle compensation negotiations.
• Track and report key hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill and pipeline health.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS for proactive outreach and candidate management.
• Represent Caylent’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on customer‑facing cloud experts (engineers, architects, developers, etc.).
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, especially within cloud computing (AWS preferred).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
