Technical Recruiter – Mexico City

About the role

Lab49 is seeking a Mexico‑based Technical Recruiter to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. You will help attract top technology talent for a fast‑growing financial services consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both passive and active candidates.
• Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, including compliance, compensation, and leveling.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates successfully.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience and timely customer service.
• Maintain and update the Lever Applicant Tracking System while ensuring local compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proven track record sourcing senior, English‑speaking technology professionals (engineers, product managers, UX designers, etc.).
• Strong network of technology talent and ability to fill hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
