Technical Support Engineer – Digital Marketing (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our centralized technology support team for a leading global marketing and digital transformation client. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving technical issues across enterprise applications and cloud environments, supporting users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud‑based environments, supporting AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to resolve complex issues and document solutions.
• Escalate incidents when necessary and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Based in LATAM with senior‑level experience in technical or IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with ticketing, incident‑management, or IT service‑management processes.
