Therapist Supervisor – Luxury Spa

About the role

The Therapist Supervisor leads the daily operations of the spa treatment areas at One&Only Palmilla, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional wellness experience that meets the highest luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily therapist assignments and treatment room readiness.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with One&Only, ESPA, Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards.
• Coach, train and develop the therapy team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Monitor performance metrics, guest satisfaction scores and treatment revenue.
• Ensure operational consistency across all wellness services, including retail and ancillary offerings.
• Support the Spa Manager in scheduling, inventory control and budgeting activities.

Required profile

• Passionate wellness professional with strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Deep understanding of spa therapies, luxury hospitality standards and guest‑care principles.
• Highly organized, able to balance operational duties with team coaching.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑end resort environment.
