About the role

FIFA is recruiting Tournament Operations talent to support venue readiness, match‑day and live‑event delivery for the FIFA World Cup 26 in Mexico City. The role will work on‑site at stadiums and event sites, ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with venue setup, readiness checks and daily operational tasks.
• Support match‑day and event‑day execution, including crowd flow and access control.
• Coordinate staff, volunteers, vendors and internal teams across assigned zones.
• Manage workflows, monitor facilities and infrastructure to meet operational standards.
• Deliver high‑quality guest and fan experiences while addressing operational issues and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security and event protocols.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless event delivery.
