About the role

Cosign is hiring its first dedicated design professional to shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing U.S. rental‑real‑estate platform. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own brand, web, content, and sales design, acting as the bridge between marketing strategy and engineering execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a living brand system, evolving the existing brand book into a component‑based design system.
• Design, build, and optimize city‑level landing pages in Webflow, focusing on conversion and AI‑readiness for search and conversational AI.
• Transform podcast and long‑form content into viral‑ready reels, carousels, and quote cards for social amplification.
• Create high‑stakes pitch decks and partnership collateral, and build a self‑serve template library in Canva/Figma for rapid internal use.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional design experience in digital product or performance‑marketing environments.
• Proven track record working with international clients or global brands, especially in North America.
• Live production portfolio showcasing in‑production websites and digital products.
• Startup experience with fast‑paced growth environments.

Required skills

• Webflow – ability to build, launch, and update responsive, production‑ready pages independently.
• AI fluency – regular use of Claude, GPT, Midjourney, Sora, or Gemini for imagery and workflow acceleration.
• Figma – intermediate to advanced proficiency in component‑based design files.
• CapCut – video editing skills focused on social‑first pacing, captions, and hooks.
• Canva – creating locked‑down, easy‑to‑use templates for team use.
