About the role

The VLO will join the TAFER Residence Club team in Cabo San Lucas, providing on‑site support for all document‑related activities. This full‑time position ensures that paperwork is prepared, reviewed, managed and processed efficiently, contributing to smooth operations and high‑quality guest service. The role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to guarantee seamless information flow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and organise a wide range of internal and client documents.
• Manage document workflows, ensuring timely processing and accurate filing.
• Communicate with guests, team members and external partners to resolve document‑related queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and support compliance with company standards.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
