Windows 365 Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Windows 365 Administrator to manage and optimise our Cloud PC (Windows 365) environment within a modern Microsoft ecosystem. The role is critical for delivering a secure, high‑performing, and seamless end‑user experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Windows 365 environments using Microsoft Intune.
• Design, implement and support virtual desktop solutions.
• Manage configuration, compliance, applications and updates in Intune.
• Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Monitor and improve system performance, availability and security.
• Configure Microsoft Defender, BitLocker and security baselines.
• Collaborate with security teams on Conditional Access and endpoint protection.
• Resolve incidents and service requests following ITIL practices via ServiceNow.
• Plan and execute deployments with minimal business impact.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of experience in Windows 365 or similar cloud desktop environments.
• Strong background in Azure administration (AAD, Azure AD DS).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and the ITIL framework.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ‑104, MD‑102 or ITIL are a plus.
