Windows and Messaging Administrator

About the role

The Windows and Messaging Administrator is responsible for maintaining the company's Active Directory, virtual infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 environment. The role ensures system stability, security, and continuous improvement across on‑premise and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Configure, upgrade, and monitor ESXi hosts and virtual machines.
• Administer O365 services, including user, group, mailbox, Teams, OneDrive, and licensing.
• Perform Azure AD administration and integrate cloud identities.
• Implement patch management using Desktop Central and oversee mobile device management with Workspace ONE and Intune.
• Maintain Veeam backup and replication for O365 mailboxes and coordinate disaster‑recovery testing.
• Support Zoom administration and ASR applications.
• Provide on‑call support for critical incidents and ensure SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with virtual infrastructure (ESXi, VMware).
• At least 4 years of overall IT experience.
• Hands‑on experience installing and configuring Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Proven experience with O365 and Azure AD administration.
