Accountant (General Ledger & Tax)

About the role

Sanhua, a global HVAC&R manufacturer, is seeking an Accountant to support daily financial operations at its industrial park in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. The role will ensure accurate recording of transactions, manage bank reconciliations, and maintain compliance with Mexican accounting and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger entries and oversee month‑end close processes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform treasury operations, including bank reconciliations.
• Control fixed assets accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure tax compliance, CFDI administration, and regulatory reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, AP, AR, and month‑end close.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably INFOR.
• Solid understanding of Mexican accounting and tax regulations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
