Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join Wella Company’s finance team in Apaseo el Grande, Guanajuato. In this hybrid role you will manage customer accounts, drive cash collections and support the month‑end close while working closely with sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging and proactively follow‑up to reduce overdue balances while preserving customer relationships.
• Resolve deductions, short payments and invoice disputes, performing account reconciliations and payment research.
• Apply customer payments and credit memos accurately in the ERP system.
• Identify high‑risk accounts, recommend actions and collaborate with sales on credit limits and escalations.
• Maintain accurate AR records, support reporting and contribute to month‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls, assist audits and drive improvements in the invoice‑to‑cash cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting, preferably in a Shared Service Center.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
