AEM Architect

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to design, build, and optimise Adobe Experience Manager solutions that power Arrow Digital’s customer‑focused digital experiences. The role focuses on headless architectures, leveraging AEM as a content source and modern React/Next.js front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end headless solutions using AEM and React/Next.js.
• Design SSR and SSG architectures for high‑performance, SEO‑friendly sites.
• Define and implement AEM Headless content models, including Content Fragments, Models, and APIs.
• Develop reusable AEM components following Adobe best practices.
• Lead template, workflow, and dispatcher configurations to ensure high availability.
• Guide AEM Cloud implementations and align with Adobe’s cloud‑native capabilities.
• Collaborate with system administrators, DevOps, and security teams on deployments and optimisations.
• Mentor developers and enforce AEM development standards.
• Troubleshoot complex authoring, performance, and integration issues.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe CJA Analytics, Adobe Launch, and related services.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in AEM architecture and component development.
• Proven expertise in headless CMS approaches and React‑based front‑ends.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native deployments, especially AEM Cloud.
• Ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
