AI & Transformation IT Intern

About the role

The AI & Transformation IT Intern will support fast‑paced IT and Clinical Platforms teams, focusing on artificial intelligence solutions. This position offers hands‑on experience with modern workplace technologies, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and agile development, ideal for a creative student passionate about AI/ML.

Key responsibilities

• Drive awareness, adoption, and effective use of internal AI tools through targeted marketing and user engagement.
• Create educational content that simplifies complex technical concepts for end users.
• Apply prompt engineering to enhance user‑experience technologies in the modern workplace.
• Assist with technical debt remediation, application modernization, and front‑end development alongside the Clinical Platforms team.
• Contribute to the establishment of Cloud and IT Service Operation Centers of Excellence.
• Participate in technical project management and agile delivery practices.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at Universidad Panamericana Mexico in a relevant degree (Computer Science, Engineering, IT, MIS, Security, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interest or demonstrated experience in AI/ML and prompt engineering.
• Motivated, creative, and able to bridge complex IT infrastructure with user communication.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends.
• Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
