Appointment Setter – Real Estate Sales

About the role

The Appointment Setter will support the Chief Investment Officer by generating and qualifying real‑estate acquisition leads. You will conduct outbound calls to property owners and brokers, introduce the company’s investment strategy, and schedule meetings for the CIO.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to multifamily and commercial property owners in target markets, assess interest, and gather preliminary property details.
• Schedule qualified calls between interested owners and the CIO and follow up with owners who are not ready to sell.
• Contact commercial real‑estate and multifamily brokers, present acquisition criteria, and request off‑market opportunities and documentation.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with brokers and ensure inclusion on buyer distribution lists.
• Research owners, brokers, and potential acquisition opportunities; record all interactions and data in the CRM.
• Provide regular reports on calls, qualified opportunities, and scheduled meetings; assist the CIO with research and special projects.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant sales or real‑estate experience is acceptable.
• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or companies; real‑estate or brokerage background is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal); English level C1/C2 preferred.
