Architect - AutoCAD Drafter

About the role

We are looking for a talented Architect with strong residential design experience and advanced AutoCAD drafting skills to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, able to translate sketches into precise construction drawings, and comfortable managing workflow in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings from supplied plans and sketches using AutoCAD.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the drafting department, prioritising and assigning projects.
• Develop residential project plans, calculate time and budget estimates, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Provide guidance and leadership on projects, including training and development of junior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks, updates, and project documentation.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to convey information across expert groups.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and capable of self‑prioritising tasks.
• Willingness to follow instructions and comply with project guidelines.
