About the role
As an Associate Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation Launch Program 2027, you will join Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services team in Mexico City. You will work on data‑driven projects that help leading brands solve complex strategic challenges across industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with small, cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑focused solutions.
- Support 1‑3 concurrent projects, contributing to analysis, recommendations and implementation.
- Conduct market, operational and financial assessments to address client questions.
- Prepare presentations and deliver insights to senior client stakeholders.
- Build relationships with clients and internal experts to ensure project success.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
- Interest in technology, data and business transformation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
