About the role
We are looking for a Business Consultant to drive growth in the SME segment for CIAL Dun & Bradstreet in Mexico City. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships and support the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the SME portfolio.
- Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to acquire new clients.
- Execute up‑sell and cross‑sell initiatives for existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations and commercial proposals.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting and sales reporting.
- Continuously train to master CIAL’s products and platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in service industries.
- Proven track record of 100 % outbound hunting and consulting sales.
- Strong results orientation, active listening and discipline.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mexico City.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
- CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
