About the role
The Business Development Executive will lead DriveWealth’s expansion in Mexico, targeting Tier‑1 global institutions and building strategic partnerships that drive revenue and market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full business development lifecycle for high‑value partners, from prospecting to closing multi‑year agreements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives at banks, digital wallets and brokerage firms, aligning DriveWealth’s API platform with their commercial objectives.
- Negotiate complex contracts ensuring mutually beneficial, operationally viable and legally sound terms.
- Gather market intelligence and execute go‑to‑market strategies to establish a dominant local presence.
- Represent enterprise partners internally, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Legal teams to influence roadmap and product‑market fit.
- Present DriveWealth at executive‑level industry events and conferences to strengthen brand and generate pipeline.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the financial technology sector.
- Track record of engaging Tier‑1 institutions and closing multi‑year commercial agreements.
- Strong ability to build and maintain C‑level relationships.
- Strategic mindset with capability to develop and execute market entry plans.
