About the role
QAD Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive pipeline growth for its adaptive, cloud‑based ERP solutions. The role is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in Mexico, preferably in Mexico City. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities and generate new business through proactive outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, qualify them, and hand them off to Sales Executives.
- Own the full ERP prospecting lifecycle, from inbound interest to outbound campaigns that build qualified pipeline.
- Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, social, and events targeting decision‑makers in manufacturing and supply‑chain accounts.
- Identify and develop both net‑new opportunities and expansion opportunities within QAD’s existing customer base.
- Partner with Marketing to maximize pipeline impact from campaigns, events, and digital programs.
- Craft personalized messaging and sequences based on industry, role, and buyer intent signals.
- Document all activities in CRM and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, preferably selling to manufacturing or supply‑chain organizations.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate and manage opportunities.
- Based in Mexico City or surrounding areas with full work authorization.

- Salesforce CRM.
- ZoomInfo.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- ABM platforms such as 6Sense and Demandbase.
- Salesloft.
- AI‑enabled research tools (e.g., Clay).
