Business Development Manager – Automotive Plastics

About the role

KI Industries is seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset to drive growth in the automotive plastics sector. You will be responsible for creating a pipeline from scratch, opening strategic markets, and converting prospects into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers within the automotive plastics industry.
• Generate and close new business aligned with company capabilities.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers such as procurement, operations, and leadership.
• Lead negotiations and prepare tailored commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of closing deals and generating new accounts.
• Highly proactive, autonomous, and results‑oriented.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
