About the role
This position supports the admissions team by managing inbound and outbound communications with prospective families. The focus is on qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the admissions funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective families via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Qualify leads using structured questions to assess interest, fit, and readiness.
- Prioritize and categorize leads (qualified vs. non‑qualified) and flag high‑potential prospects.
- Schedule school tours, interviews, or appointments and provide pre‑visit information.
- Log all interactions, calls, emails, and notes in HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate pipelines and tags.
- Track metrics such as call volume, contact rate, appointments set, and conversions.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to align lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Required profile
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
- Previous experience in call‑center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and handle objections.
