Charter Sales Coordinator

About the role

Otaduy Yachts, the leading charter fleet operator in Los Cabos, is seeking a proactive Charter Sales Coordinator to become the primary point of contact for charter sales. You will work on‑site, handling leads from digital channels and partner hotels while supporting the rollout of new tech tools.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to charter inquiries from the website, social media, email and hotel partners such as One&Only Palmilla, Four Seasons and Montage.
• Prepare quotes, check availability, confirm bookings and manage payments throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain the CRM and booking calendar in coordination with operations.
• Use internal systems daily, test new software, and contribute to improvements of AI‑driven workflows.
• Provide quick weekend support when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in sales, reservations or concierge roles within luxury hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to adopt new digital tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and booking management systems (specific platforms not listed).
