About the role
The Clinic Office Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience throughout their visit. Working Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, this role supports the daily operations of the medical research center.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in patients, verifying personal and insurance information.
- Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Process check‑out procedures, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical office preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Typing speed of 35‑40 words per minute.
