Compensation Specialist

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Toluca plant as a Compensation Specialist, responsible for administering the Total Rewards program and ensuring competitive, equitable compensation and benefits for all associates. You will work closely with HR and plant leadership to support attraction, retention, and motivation of the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the administration of the total compensation and benefits package in line with plant strategy, national, regional and global standards.
• Verify that compensation practices comply with Mexican legislation, including pay equity and human‑rights requirements.
• Ensure compensation offers for new hires and internal promotions meet internal criteria and use approved tools such as Way to Go and PRAP.
• Develop and maintain internal salary structures (pay scales) to stay competitive in the market and ensure internal equity across Bosch sites.
• Authorize and evaluate job descriptions, analyses, evaluations and classifications.
• Promote communication strategies that highlight the value of the Total Rewards offering and track related metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in compensation.
• Bilingual English‑Spanish proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking ability to align compensation practices with business objectives.

Required skills

• Data analysis capabilities for interpreting complex compensation data.
• Use of compensation tools (e.g., Way to Go, PRAP).
• Familiarity with digitalization and process‑improvement tools.
