About the role

Join Aon’s Health Solutions team as a Junior Consultant supporting Benefits and Wellness programs for U.S. clients. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Mexico City and offers flexible work options as you grow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay on track.
• Assist in creating client presentations and documentation, translating qualitative and quantitative data into clear, well‑structured slides.
• Support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes by gathering inputs, organizing content, and helping analyze responses.
• Collaborate with global teammates in the U.S., India, and Gurgaon, following established processes and communicating progress.
• Maintain a proactive learning attitude, asking questions, building new skills, and improving under mentorship.
