Contracts Representative II

About the role

The Contracts Representative II will enhance the efficiency of Honeywell's contract management processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and Honeywell customers, providing expert contractual support and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate contracts with customers, including standard and third‑party NDAs.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with non‑standard terms and customer‑directed changes.
• Review, analyze, and ensure compliance with contract terms, legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Legal, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain) to resolve contract‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and data entry.
• Provide guidance to internal clients on contractual requirements and Honeywell standards.
• Support Contract Managers with administration, patent reporting, and U.S. government contracting certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or a related discipline.
• Strong negotiation and written/oral communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of contract law and intellectual property protection.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively within virtual teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
