About the Role
Pinterest is seeking a visionary Country Head of Sales for Mexico to spearhead monetization efforts in one of our fastest-growing international markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales for LATAM, you will be the driving force behind Pinterest's expansion, building a dominant presence and delivering exceptional commercial results for our clients.
Key Missions
- Define and execute the comprehensive sales strategy for the Mexican market to drive significant revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including three Industry Leads and their respective teams.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with CEOs, CMOs, and senior decision-makers across Mexico.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador and voice of Pinterest within the Mexican digital advertising ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales Ops, Measurement, etc.) to optimize performance and implement local market best practices.
- Leverage innovative AI tools to enhance productivity, market insights, and sales efficiency.
- Serve as a key member of the LATAM leadership team, contributing to regional strategic decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership within the digital advertising or tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican market landscape and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing commercial teams.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate market analysis into actionable growth plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
