Country Manager – Executive Leadership in Mexico

About the role

The company is seeking a senior executive to lead its Mexican operations, overseeing full profit and loss responsibility, strategic direction, and commercial growth across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country P&L and drive strategic growth for all Mexican business units.
• Represent the corporation to government agencies, major industrial partners, and the global headquarters.
• Define the organizational structure, corporate governance framework, and regional capital allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Country Manager, General Director or Managing Director for a multinational group operating in Mexico.
• Fluent bilingual (Spanish and English) with a track record of interacting directly with foreign boards and private‑equity investors.
• Strong background in corporate governance, legal entity administration, and scaling large‑scale markets.
