About the role

Positrace, a founder‑led SaaS company focused on GPS fleet tracking and AI‑powered dash cameras, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its fast‑growing international team. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive value from our solutions and enjoy a strong long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, addressing their needs and expectations promptly.
• Advocate for the customer perspective in cross‑functional discussions and align stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor customer health, drive satisfaction, and support retention and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Management to identify expansion opportunities and facilitate successful commercial conversations.
• Maintain detailed documentation, follow‑up actions, and organized records in a high‑volume environment.
