Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (Spanish/English)

About the role
The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, providing product information, support, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices and tracking numbers to customers.
- Process purchase orders and assist customers with product, invoice, shipment, and warranty inquiries.
- Follow up on warranty claims and confirm estimated delivery dates.
- Maintain internal documents such as receipt acknowledgements and tax information.
- Process returns and RMAs, and coordinate with sales, accounting, production, and shipping departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Basic math and algebra skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Online research.
