Customer Service Representative

About the role
The Customer Service Representative provides front‑line support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role acts as the primary point of contact and contributes to building lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, technical problems, or service disruptions.
- Document interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related support role.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Oracle.
