About the role

The Customer Service Representative provides front‑line support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role acts as the primary point of contact and contributes to building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve complaints, technical problems, or service disruptions.
Document interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
Maintain accurate knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree.
1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related support role.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Oracle.
