Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at TATA Consultancy Services in Queretaro. In this onsite position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Deliver accurate information and support while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage multiple systems and resources simultaneously during interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Availability for full‑time onsite work.
