Customer Service Representative

About the role

DATAMARK, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Chihuahua. The role handles customer inquiries, provides product and service information, resolves issues and delivers support in both English and Spanish. It involves maintaining accurate customer records, updating account information and escalating complex cases, assisting customers by phone, email and chat.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of call center support experience handling phone or email inquiries, complaint resolution or account updates
• General computer literacy
