About the role
Michelin is seeking a recent graduate to join its Customer Service team. The role focuses on supporting customers with order entry, follow‑up, and coordination between sales, carriers, and warehouses while adhering to Michelin policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with their daily order requirements.
- Track and follow up on orders with carriers and warehouses.
- Act as a mediator between sales, carriers, and warehouses when needed.
- Ensure compliance with Michelin order‑management, returns, and transportation policies.
- Share relevant information with customers and sales teams.
- Maintain constant communication with AR specialists to prevent and resolve invoice errors.
- Support the D2C financial process by ensuring accurate and timely data.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of following established processes.
- Proactive attitude in identifying and solving order‑related issues.
