Customer Success Manager, Global Delivery Partnerships

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager you will drive operational and growth‑oriented success for GDP Mexico’s strategic restaurant partnerships. You will design planning infrastructure, guide resource allocation and lead cross‑functional projects that enable the organization to scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the business review process, shape monthly and quarterly narratives, and deliver leadership‑ready updates.
• Design and manage the framework for co‑investment budgets across restaurant partners, tracking usage and measuring campaign impact.
• Lead 2‑3 strategic projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, processes and quality outcomes.
• Support the segment’s annual quota‑setting cycle, standardising data sharing with Sales Operations and conducting post‑cycle reviews.
• Prepare internal presentations, briefing documents and strategic summaries, and track decisions and follow‑up actions from leadership meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, planning or account‑management operations in a fast‑paced or technology‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and align them around shared goals.
• Strong organisational skills to manage complex, multi‑workstream processes from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present clear, structured analysis.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning performance data into meaningful stories and actionable recommendations.
