Demand and Supply Planning Coordinator

About the role

Join the Sell‑In team at Dior Parfums as a Demand and Supply Planning Coordinator. You will ensure the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time, directly influencing sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic demand forecasting and analysis using statistical models, market intelligence and historical data.
• Manage ERP functionalities related to demand planning, supply and inventory, driving process optimisation and data automation.
• Implement advanced inventory management strategies to monitor stock levels, develop replenishment plans and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Lead cross‑functional S&OP collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Warehouse to align supply‑chain strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor performance and produce regular KPI reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health and risk indicators.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, including forecasting, inventory management and logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strategic, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
