Demand/Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand/Supply Planner to join Deoleo’s US Operations team based in Mexico City. The role translates approved S&OP/IBP demand plans into executable, SKU‑level supply and inventory plans across the U.S. distribution network, ensuring product availability while balancing service targets, working capital and shelf‑life constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly pre‑consensus forecast review meetings with regional sales managers and sales operations to align on volume assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Translate consensus S&OP/IBP forecasts into detailed SKU‑ and distribution‑center level supply plans for make‑to‑stock and make‑to‑order products.
• Develop and maintain a rolling national inventory plan that respects service targets, safety‑stock policies, lead times, carrying costs and capacity constraints.
• Monitor inventory health, working capital and margin, and adjust plans based on supplier performance and data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure timely execution of supply plans and resolve any constraints.

Required profile

Required skills
